A refundable $50 damage deposit is required at check-in. This is normally taken as an authorization hold on a credit or debit card — a hold, not a charge, with no funds withdrawn. The hold is released at check-out. If you use a debit card, your bank may take 3 to 7 business days to return the held funds to your available balance. Guests without a credit or debit card may leave a $50 cash deposit instead, which is refunded at check-out with a written receipt. Prepaid and reloadable cards cannot be used for the hold.
