SookePoint is a unique oceanfront property located on the extreme South-West Tip of Canada, a peninsula 84% surrounded by crystal-clear water. This location benefits from a seaside microclimate, experiencing the least rain on the wild west coast, less than 2% average days of snowfall, and consistently mild temperatures. The property offers 2,850 feet of front-row oceanfront with East, South, and West exposures, providing views of the snow-capped Olympic Mountains across the Salish Sea. The surrounding waters are teeming with fish and wildlife, internationally recognized for world-class salmon angling and diving, with direct access to trophy salmon fishing from the dock. SookePoint is insulated by 400 square kilometers of Canada’s South Pacific and is just 10 minutes from a 3,600-acre wilderness park. This park features 50 km of nature paths and the 10 km Coast Trail, nationally ranked as a premier day hike. A limited selection of Ocean Cottages and Yacht Suites are available on this irreplaceable peninsula. Priority Reservations can be secured with a 10% down payment, with completion dates ranging from 1 to 3 years. The SookePoint Ocean Cottage Resort is a hotel.
